Sand Mill / Pearl Mill

 

Sand Mills are non Pressurized mills; where as pearl mills are Pressurized mills. The main chamber consist of SS 304 shell-6-8mm thick MS cooling jacket having water
inlet / outlet. The main frame of the machine is totally enclosed in MS frame giving stream line appearance.

 

The machines are made of different capacities depending on the requirement say 5, 10, 15 & 20 Lts.

 

The machine consists of one main motor for driving SS shaft by V-belt.

 

SS shaft with grinding impellers made of alloy steel hardened for longer life.

 

Suitable bearing housing for the shaft / impeller.

 

One piston pump with 1HP motor for pumping the liquid into the grinding chamber.

 

Electrical starters for main motor and pump

 

Twin Shaft Disperser (High Speed Disperser)

 

Twin shaft disperser suitable for mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, shearing of high viscous liquids and pastes used paints / ink / chemical / pharmaceutical industries.

 

The unit consists of central SS shaft which rotates at high speed having Cowls design impeller at the bottom and slow speed gate type agitator which scraps the material from the sides & feeds to central high speed stirrer.
A suitable SS container with MS jacket is provided for mixing the product. Container having 4Nos. moving wheels at the bottom for easy movement of tank from one place to other.

 

The lifting and lowering of agitators is done by the hydraulic cylinder / power pack.

 
Suitable centering and clamping device is provided for the vessels.
 
The units are available from 100Lts, 200Lts, 500Lts, 1000Lts & 2000Lts.
 

ATTRIATOR

 

The SS 304 vessel is jacketed with MS jacket for cooling is provided. The central agitator shaft consists of adjustable attriation rods which rotates at a uniform speed and grinding of material takes place. A discharge valve with screen is fitted at the bottom for quick discharge of material. The vessel is mounted on opposite two shafts fitted to the structure. The vessel can be tilted by a hand wheel at 110° for cleaning purpose. The central shaft is connected to suitable drive Motor/Gear Box. Also provided a sturdy bearing housing to take the load of shaft/rods.

 

The Attriator is most suited to wet grinding for paint, ink & other industries for size reduction. The degree of fine grinding can be achieved by grinding time. A suitable pump at the bottom which circulate the material from bottom to top.

BALL MILL

 

Ball Mill consist of cylindrical shell rotating on a horizontal axis mounted on a sturdy MS frame. Both the end plates of the mill are designed to with stand the rotational load of the mill charged with the grinding medium and material to be processed. Openings are provided through which the grinding medium and material to be processed is loaded and discharged.

SCREW CONVEYOR

 

A Screw Conveyor is a Bulk Material Handling device capable of handling a great variety of materials that have good flow ability. Advantageous of the Screw Conveyor is the number of feed inlets & discharge opening that can be provided for; this allows the screw conveyor to receive and distribute the material for in plant storage to a number of locations. used in chemical plants; grain storage and feed mill.
Conveyor are made in any cycle up to 30°, material of construction MS/SS/Brass. Screw feeders are used for charging the material at constant rate.

 
 

BUCKET ELEVATOR

 

These elevators are used for moderate/higher capacity handling of solid free flowing materials and also where the horizontal space is limited. Elevators upto 100M height can be made with centrifugal discharge. It is extremely important that feed can be controlled to the elevator in continuous and uniform rate and directed. So that the buckets are evenly loaded across their width. The buckets can be fixed either on belt or chain.
Centrifugal discharge bucket elevator have buckets mounted at a spaced intervals on engineered class chain. This type of elevator is used to handle bulk materials that can be picked up by spaced bucket as they pass over the head wheel.
Spaced bucked centrifugal discharge elevators are most frequently used for conveying low to medium capacities of sizes and free flowing bulk materials. Typical material conveyed are coal, borex, salt, grain and cement.

 

 

ROTARY AIR LOCK VALVE (FEEDERS)

 

These feeders are use to regulate the flow of material while creating an airlock. They are also used to feed material from silos / hoppers at a controlled rate and are used in number of other pneumatic applications. The RAF’s are manufactured in different variant such as drop through / blow through offset.
The material of construction is MS, SS 304, SS 316, CI and Cast Steel. The RAF’s are provided with high performance seats / gland.
Standard features of RAF’s are large throat opening, smooth operations and leak proof sealing.


 

 

BELT CONVEYOR

 

The size of materials that can be conveyed is limited only by the width of the belt. Materials can range from fine dusty chemicals to large lumpy ore, stone, coal small size or friable materials are with minimum degradation. The rubber belts are highly resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
Belt conveyors operate continuously around the clock when required. These conveyors are capable of handling tonnages of bulk materials with minimum cost. The troughed belt conveyors can be made horizontal; inclined upward or downward.
Capacities of belt conveyor per hour is the total weight of material conveyed in one hour with the uniform cross section at a uniform speed. Plain belt conveyors are used to transfer the material from one point to another.
